CIfA's Equality and Diversity Group have produced a short 10 step guide to help organisations to diversify their workplace.
The guide supports CIfA's work in identifying, promoting and encouraging good practice in dealing with bullying, harassment and discrimination, and to improve the working environment for archaeologists as set out in the joint statement between CIfA, FAME and Prospect. The Equality and Diversity Group are keen to hear about examples of good practice that are already have in place or are planned to implemented in the near future. The Group will also be running a session - From #Metoo to decolonising archaeology: influencing positive change - at CIfA2020.
