CIfA and UAUK are delighted to announce that degree programmes offered by Durham University, the University of Bradford, University College London and the University of Reading have been given professional accreditation for a further five years with new programmes also accredited at the universities of Bradford and Reading.
Honorary Chair of the CIfA Board Pen Foreman said "We are thrilled that our established accredited degrees at Reading, Bradford, UCL and Durham will be renewed for a further five years, building on the foundation of excellence they demonstrate in training and developing the next generation of archaeologists. It is also excellent to see new degree programmes at Reading, Archaeology and Anthropology, and at Bradford, BSc Forensic Archaeology & Anthropology, being accredited for a period of five years and added to the roster of accredited degrees. Students will really benefit from the diverse range of knowledge and skills represented by these universities."
