The subscription year runs from 1 April to 31 March the following year.
Payment is due by 1 April 2026. Your certificate will be issued once we have received your annual update form and your subscription fee.

- The fee is based on the financial turnover of the organisation’s historic environment operations. This should be taken from the last complete set of annual accounts available at the time of registration and should include the turnover from any subsidiary offices.
- The percentage of accredited members relates to archaeological staff within your organisation.
- Archaeological organisations whose role is exclusively as a curatorial authority will be charged at the lowest rate.
To pay your subscription fee, you need to return your annual update form.
Organisations applying for the first time will provide this information via their application form, along with an application fee of £225.
