Join our  CIfA Wales/Cymru Group's virtual finds afternoon!

We are holding an online CIfA Cymru/Wales Group virtual finds afternoon, and we are hoping as many of our Group members as possible will be able to join us!

We are holding it on Teams from 14:00 until 17:00 on Tuesday 20 May 2025.

We will explore recent discoveries, specialist methods and professional guidance in archaeological finds work, including

  • An overview of CIfA’s Toolkits and their role in finds and project management by Dr Emily Johnson
  • The story of the first Iron Age chariot burial discovered in Wales by Ken Murphy
  • Best practice procedures when human remains are uncovered during excavations by Harriet Bryant Buck

To view the full details of the afternoon and to register to attend please view the registration page here.
