Join one of the UK's leading archaeology organisations and work on some of the country's most exciting archaeological projects.

MOLA is a highly experienced and innovative archaeology practice and one of the leading voices in the profession. We deliver high-quality commercial archaeology, internationally recognised research, and public engagement. As an education charity, we are passionate about using archaeology to benefit society and inspire curiosity about our shared heritage.

We are looking for enthusiastic Archaeologists to join our growing London team. The role involves excavating and recording archaeology across a variety of commercial projects and periods, with opportunities to work on some of the UK's most exciting developments. Frequent work away from London may be required.

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience of archaeological fieldwork, ideally on commercial projects.
  • Experience using, or knowledge of, archaeological recording systems.
  • Good organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safe, positive and inclusive working practices.

MOLA is committed to supporting career development through mentoring, training and opportunities for progression and specialist skills development.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and offers may be made before the closing date, so early applications are encouraged.
