The Savills Archaeology team provides a nationwide archaeology consultancy service, with a focus on providing reliable and commercially aware advice that seeks to help clients achieve their development aspirations. The team has a wide variety of knowledge and experience in successfully addressing archaeological issues and constraints within the commercial, development and property industries. We provide a full range of archaeological consultancy services including Archaeological Desk-Based Assessments, Written Schemes of Investigation, procurement and management of geophysical surveys and archaeological fieldwork excavations, Environmental Impact Assessments, Scheduled Monument Consent, Expert Witness and Appeal representation, and liaison with County Archaeologists and statutory consultees such as Historic England. We also provide high level viability and constraints appraisals.
