On 3 June 2026 CIfA will be holding its first Strategic Leadership summit in Oxford. The aim of the summit is to bring together leaders from across the profession to discuss some of the biggest issues facing archaeology today and how, collectively, we can look to address them.
As part of the day we’d like to hear from aspiring managers and early-career leaders about their work and how they are driving change, testing new ideas and shaping the profession.
Have you led a project that’s made a difference? Have you found a smarter way to solve a problem, improve processes or outcomes, or inspire your colleagues? If so we’d love to hear from you and provide the opportunity for you to
- showcase a project you are proud of
- share practical insights and lessons learned to shape good practice and spark conversations
- raise your profile as a confident and creative leader
Each speaker will have a maximum of 10 minutes, so we are looking for presentations which focus on the insights and value you want to share.
