The Board of Directors is delighted to offer a rejoiner amnesty to former accredited members whose membership has lapsed since 2020. We would like to welcome you back to the professional home for archaeologists and to be part of our growing membership.
The amnesty will run from 1 December 2025 to 1 March 2026 and eligible individuals can easily rejoin by
- completing a short form to confirm your personal details
- submit an up-do-date CV and/or job description for your current role to demonstrate your skills and knowledge are relevant to the criteria for the grade you left at
Once accepted, you will be asked to pay a reduced subscription fee for the final quarter of the 2025-26 subscription year.

- being part of a community of professional archaeologists providing opportunities for knowledge exchange, networking and staying updated on the latest good practice
- demonstrating your skills and knowledge/expertise through professional accreditation
- strengthening our advocacy and influence through your support and enabling us to effectively promote the value of archaeology to wider audiences and ensure that the profession is recognised and appreciated in society.
