Research and Impact Group AGM

Description

Join other group members at the Research and Impact Group's (RIG) Annual General Meeting, which starts at 12.30 on Thursday 10 December. AGMs are open to all group members and are where we go over this year's successes and layout our plans for the next. 

RIG are looking for a Chair, Vice chair, Secretary and Ordinary committee members.

As a member of the Group we would like to invite you to consider a role on the group committee.

The group needs volunteers to come forward to allow the group to continue to operate and to give RIG members a voice and forum within CIfA. Below are some details about what the different roles involve.

To be an ordinary committee member you must be member of CIfA at (PCIfA, ACIfA, MCIfA, Student or Affiliate), and the Chair, Secretary and Vice-chair roles are suitable for anyone who is a member of CIfA at PCIfA, ACIfA or MCIfA. The deadline to complete the nomination form for joining the committee is Monday 23 November. Either complete this form or email groups@archaeologists.net for more information about what is involved.

Getting involved by volunteering with CIfA is a great way to make the most of your membership and have an impact on your profession. It also gives you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills as well as network and engage with other professionals.
