Apprenticeship employer support workshop 21 October

We are working with employers across the sector to develop a suite of resources to support companies who want to deliver apprenticeships in the sector but are struggling to take the next steps. These include a template business case to make the case for supporting an apprenticeship to decision-makers, a step-by-step guide to setting up an apprenticeship and guidance on designing an appropriate training programme. We are also developing case studies from employers who have successfully hosted apprentices and are running a series of online support sessions to link employers with training providers.
We are running five drop-in support sessions for employers who are interested in exploring whether they can take on an apprentice but aren’t sure where to start. The sessions are free and are primarily aimed at employers thinking about offering apprenticeships in England. The sessions are part of a project funded by Historic England and Historic Environment Scotland to support employers to engage more effectively with apprenticeships. Whether you are just curious about what an apprentice might do for your organisation or are actively seeking to recruit, please sign up to one of the sessions below to access support and guidance with the process.
