Project Management 101: What is a project?

This is the first of a series of short talks by the Project Management Special Interest Group aimed at those working on delivering projects to provide insight into project management skills and terminology. 

It is being held online on Tuesday 7 July from 13:00 - 13:30.

Description 

Delivered by Martin Locock, this presentation is an introduction to project management, identifying the key terms and processes involved.

  • Closing a project
