There will be two full days of engaging content incorporating keynote addresses, wide-ranging sessions and training workshops in a live in-person environment.  If you are not available to attend in-person, do not worry you will have the option to watch the recorded content in your own time. Any reference to recordings is to post event recordings.

Our conference is the premier professional archaeological conference in the UK, attracting hundreds of participants across the heritage environment sector.

Social Programme

There are two excursions on Monday 27 April in the afternoon. They are free, but require booking in advance. Details and registration for the excursions can be found here.

There will be a public benefit pop-up showcase on the evening of Monday 27 April before the conference. Doors open at 20:30 for networking and exploring the featured work. Beverages and nibbles will be provided.

There will be a bookable dinner the evening of Tuesday 29 April at Edinburgh Street Food. Our booking begins at 18:30. Final orders for food are at 20:40 and the venue closes at 22:00.

Payment

Payment must be paid in advance of the event. For early bird rates to apply, fees must be paid within the deadline stated in the invoice.

Refunds

A full refund may be given on cancellations up to one week before the event. Within one week, a 50% refund will be given up to the day before your attendance. Once the conference has started, refunds may only be given in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, please email us at conference@archaeologists.net.
