Information Management Group AGM
Description
Our AGM is being held online on Monday 15 December from 13:00 - 14:00 GMT. It is free to attend, and we welcome everyone, whether you are an Information Management expert, or a complete newbie!
The session will not only be an opportunity to hear about the work we have been involved with over the past year, but it will also be a chance to connect, celebrate our achievements, and set the stage for the year ahead.
Join the committee
This year we have vacancies for an ordinary committee member and a Secretary to join us.
To be an ordinary committee member you must be member of CIfA (PCIfA, ACIfA, MCIfA, Student or Affiliate) and have a keen interest in using your voice, skills and experience in shaping the profession. You don't need to have experience on a committee, just a desire to get involved and enthusiasm to shape the next steps for the Group.
The Secretary position is open to all accredited members of CIfA (PCIfA, ACIfA or MCIfA) and is perfect for someone organised, thorough and confident with administrative tasks. Currently the role is being shared between committee members, but we would love someone who can help us to keep our documents in order!
We estimate the role require about 4 hours per month. In return, you'll get to be a part of one of CIfA's most active and innovative Groups and have opportunities to network with some incredible people across the field, feed into our packed event schedule, help us to plan our very own conference and provide content for our social media platforms.
