The Enabled Archaeology Foundation will be delivering an interactive CPD session on disability awareness. The workshop is aimed at any interested in understanding more about disability and how to create an inclusive environment for employees and colleagues.

  • What is disability and models of disability
  • Intersectionality
  • Inclusive language
  • Fostering inclusive environments
  • Barriers to inclusion and overcoming them
  • Reasonable adjustments/Access to work scheme
  • How employees can approach their employers
  • How employers can support employees
  • How colleagues can support one another
  • Call to action

Delegates will also receive a resource pack at the end of the training session.
