Submit a Registered Organisation application

You can apply to register your organisation by completing our application form, below. Before submitting an application, you should read our application quick guide:

There is an initial application fee for organisations who are new to the scheme (currently £225 for small businesses, £300 for turnover up to £1,000,000, £375 for turnover over £1,000,000). If your organisation is accepted, you will pay an annual fee based on the financial turnover of your historic environment operations.

**Special offer!** Organisations whose role is exclusively either as a Higher Education Institute or curatorial authority will be charged at the lowest subscription rate.

 

Application forms

All organisations should complete the main RO application form. 

All organisations that provide archaeological advice to national or local government bodies responsible for implementing planning and heritage consent processes must also complete the Stewardship form.

Preparing for a Registered Organisation inspection

Every three years your organisation must complete a Registered Organisation application form and have a CIfA inspection.
