Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

 

Description

CIfA’s Board of Directors has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to take place on Tuesday 9 April from 6pm.

Please note:

• voting will take place at the meeting so members will need to be present to cast a vote. Proxy voting is not permitted by the Charter and by-laws.
• you will need to be registered to attend the meeting so that we can ensure that everyone attending is entitled to vote. Registration for the EGM will close at 4:30pm on 9 April.
• only CIfA-accredited members (Practitioner, Associate and Member) and who have paid their fees in full for 2023/24 are eligible to vote. The Board has agreed that members who have yet to pay their fees for 2024/25 still remain eligible.

Members will need to ensure their full name and accreditation is displayed on their Zoom profile when they log in to the meeting waiting room.
