Consultations
Working with others, IfA is an effective voice in advocacy for the sector. As one mechanism, IfA responds to consultations issued by government departments, national and other organisations, on legislation, policy, guidance and implementation, though not normally on specific cases. IfA’s responses are drafted with advice and input from Council, committees, groups and individual members.
It is helpful to receive members’ views in order to inform our responses. If you wish to contribute to an IfA consultation response please email Tim Howard at tim.howard@archaeologists.net.
