Improving CIfA’s training resources for Practitioner members: summary of survey responses

In February we circulated a survey to all Practitioner members to ask how we could provide more relevant and accessible training. We were particularly keen to focus on Practitioner members as our last membership survey had highlighted members accredited at this level found it harder to find relevant training to support their career development than Associates and Members.

The responses we have received have been really useful in identifying topics, and we have already circulated the results to our Special Interest Groups so we can start to provide training in these areas. We will also be looking at how we can address the other issues raised in the survey responses and at how we can provide low cost training opportunities and work with employers to support access to training for staff.
