Health and Wellbeing working group update

The Advisory Council’s Health and Wellbeing working group has been set up to review wellbeing in historic environment workplaces. We have just sent a survey to Registered Organisations to find out more about the benefits and provisions they currently offer staff and whether they have wellbeing policies in place. The outcome of the working group will be to compile links to relevant resources from the CIfA website to help signpost employees and employers, and to hopefully provide some case studies to support these.

Examples of some of the benefits and provisions organisations provide are included in the most recent TA107 magazine www.archaeologists.net/publications/archaeologist which champions employers who are making a difference.
