Email problems update

Dear CIfA members,

We understand that a number of you have not been receiving CIfA emails that have been sent using Mailerlite - this include the Jobs Information Service and Training bulletin (JIST), member bulletins and group communications. We have been advised by our IT support that this needs to be logged individually with your respective IT departments. However, in the meantime CIfA members can also access the JIST and member bulletins via the CIfA website. Members need to log into the members area to access these – the links are below.

The only communications that will not be available until the problem is resolved is any general group emails. However, please do check your Special Interest Group webpages as any meetings or events will be posted there as well.

Just in case there are any problems with logging into the website the username is usually the members First Name then Surname with a space in between. If you have problems with your password you can try resetting it using the attached instructions or alternatively contact admin [at]
