CIfA2018 - Draft Conference Programme and Call for Papers

Pulling together: collaboration, synthesis, innovation
CIfA2018 Annual conference and training event
25 ‐ 27 April 2018, Brighton

Hosted at the Brighton Racecourse, our 2018 annual conference event will be packed with sessions, training and networking opportunities.

Our usual three-day conference programme includes papers, seminars and activities that aim to both challenge and illuminate, as well as showcasing how archaeologists can - or could – ‘Pull Together’ to develop archaeology as a forward-looking and dynamic profession.

Of course, collaboration is also about how we work with others, and we are keen to encourage participation from groups or disciplines who work with archaeology and archaeologists in ways that make the end result ‘better than the sum of its parts’. The abstracts for our confirmed sessions are set out below, alongside the contact details of the session organisers.

Call for Papers
We are now calling for papers from individuals, groups or organisations for the sessions set out in our draft programme available on the 2018 conference page
