We are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious fieldwork Project Manager to complement our existing highly qualified and experienced team. With over 30 years delivering truly outstanding archaeological projects for our clients, staff, and the public, our reputation and market offering have grown consistently over the years, so that we now employ over 300 staff across our offices in Andover, Cirencester, Needham Market and Milton Keynes.

Cotswold Archaeology carries out some of the largest and most complex development projects across England and Wales, with a large portfolio of existing fieldwork projects. To help us deliver this, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager with experience of managing a broad range of commercial archaeological fieldwork projects from inception to completion, as well as experience in assuring the quality of fieldwork projects and archaeological reports and to undertake tendering. You will also need a sound knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation, with an understanding of project resources and budgets.

If you think this describes you and are looking to develop a career undertaking some of the largest and most prestigious archaeological projects in the country, we would recommend that you contact Richard Young (07793 085204 or richard.young@cotswoldarchaeology.co.uk), Principal Fieldwork Manager, Cirencester, for an initial informal discussion regarding the role.
