Topic: Recruitment challenges: Meeting your skills needs now and in the future
Skills recruitment, development, and retention: from navigating the post-Brexit visa system or the various government backed training schemes (apprenticeships, kickstarter etc) to developing in-house training programmes tailored to your needs.
Where are the skills challenges likely to be over the next 5 - 10 years? What steps can be taken now to address them?
We have case studies from ROs who are already meeting these challenges head-on by developing their workforce, and who are involved in NVQs, apprenticeships, Kickstart and CIfA approved training, as well as running their own bespoke training schemes. Rob Lennox and Kate Geary will be available to discuss Visa sponsorship and professional development. There will also be the opportunity to join breakout rooms to share good practice and learn from others.
This meeting is for Registered Organisations and their Responsible Post Holders or a delegate nominated by the RO's RPH.
