We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Institute to support the transition of the organisation to the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists. The Development Coordinator will work with existing staff to assist with developing and promoting the transfer of the Institute to the Chartered Institute and the implementation of the associated changes to the governance structure of the organisation. They will also assist with the development and promotion of other aspects of charter, including pathways to membership, arranging and attending discussion workshops with members and stakeholders, and reforming constitutional documentation.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract and we are looking for someone with a good understanding of IfA and/or the role of professional institutes. Ideally you will have had experience of working as part of a project team and will be able to take responsibility for aspects of project work.
