IfA disciplinary regulations: a statement

It has been brought to our attention that information relating to disciplinary cases has been published on a 3rd party’s website. This is contrary to the requirements for confidentiality stated in the Institute’s Disciplinary Regulations.

We regret this breach of confidentiality. The person publishing the information has been requested to remove the details and the IfA is considering further steps.
