Following discussion at IfA Council, recommendations for appropriate starting salary ranges for the three grades of IfA membership have been developed. The recommendations are not intended to replace the current minimum salaries but instead serve as guidance on typical starting salary ranges for comparable levels of competence and responsibility in other sectors.
The methodology for determining the ranges is detailed in a report which was the subject of consultation with IfA members and can be downloaded here.
