At this year’s AGM a resolution was passed that make CPD compulsory for all corporate IfA members. A sample of the membership will be asked to submit their CPD documentation for assessment every year. We hope that in introducing compulsory CPD individuals will become more motivated to increase their skills and employers will be more motivated to help their employees to do this, resulting in a more skilled sector overall.
