Graphic images and visual communication in archaeology 2
Organiser: Rob Read and Steve Allen
Group: Graphic Archaeology Group
This session explores how graphic images and visual communication can be used most e¬ffectively in archaeology – providing successful case studies for media as a means of investigation, interpretation and display. We ask how best to use images within published and interpretive material in order to demonstrate the real potential of graphics as a device in the archaeological toolkit which is often underused and underappreciated.
