Instrument of Proxy

If you cannot come to the AGM, it is important you still record your vote – there are a number of important items being discussed. In this mailing, you will find a form entitled Instrument of Proxy 2012, which you can use to nominate someone to vote on your behalf. This form must be forwarded to the IfA office at least 48 hours in advance of the AGM – please read the instructions carefully so that your vote gets counted.
